Terms of Service
1) By joining our program you automatically agree these Terms of Service. Members that do not agree these terms should stop using our service and terminate their account immediately.2) We are not responsible for any losses and/or damages of any kind arising out of the relationship between you and our program
3) You are allowed to have one account per IP address or household. Do not try to create more than one account, as all of your accounts will be terminated and balances will be forfeited.
4) You have to provide a valid email address upon registering.
5) It has to be stressed that auto-click software is in any kind is prohibited. If we catch you using using this kind of software, your account will be terminated without notice.
6) Your upline cannot be changed.
7) We remain the right to terminate your account in cases like, but not limited to, spamming, cheating or general misuse of the system.
8) All purchased items are non-refundable. Charge back or reverse transactions made on your purchases will lead to immediate account termination.
9) We remain the right to modify your account information and/or balances due to evident errors in the system.
10) The maximum number of referrals you may have is dependant on your membership type, the details of which are available either by contacting us or at our forums. Users can see the limit in the upgrade membership page too.
Note: You will not receive referral earnings today as you have not clicked ads yesterday.
11) As an Upgrade Membership for a given period is given ends, the Direct Referrals returned to the number of the then-current Membership.
12) TheBuxGroup is not a pyramid scheme and therefore we do not reward you for the referrals from people you refer.
13) You can rent referrals only when they are available.
14) All payments will be made via AlertPay/Paypal. No other payment methods are supported right now. All payments via AlertPay will be made Instantly. All payments via PayPal will be made manually within 24 hours. Note: Security Level for instant payouts is $5.00
15) If you deposited/funded/bought a membership with PayPal you cannot withdraw your money by Alertpay. Same for Alertpay to PayPal.
This is an anti cheater rule.
16) Members who have not posted a proof of payment ( ONLY screenshots of payment, NOT only text) on the forum within 24 hours, we are forced to charge a fee of $ 2,50 we collect from your account balance.
17) Accounts can be suspended for inactivity. We may suspend an account if found to be inactive for at least 30 days from the date of creation. We do not delete user accounts for any reasons.
18) We will not be held liable for acts of war, god, nature or any kind of delays or failures that are not directly related to TheBuxGroup and are therefore beyond our control. This includes anything caused by our users, host or our service providers.nWe reserve complete rights to modify or update our website(TheBuxGroup.com) at any time.
19) Refund Policy: to agree to the Terms Of Services can legally accept: Paid fees and / or invoices are not refundable, for any reasons.
20) To agree to the Terms Of Services you give us permission to use your account for advertising purposes.
21) By joining TheBuxGroup, you agree that you shall be fully responsible for any filing of taxes that is required by your governmental authorities. Because of our worldwide, international status - we will not do this for you.
22) All payments will be made via AlertPay/Paypal. No other payment methods are supported right now. If the amount of payment exceeds the maximum number of % associated with your Membership, the remaining amount deposited in your Purchase balance, which we also see as a payment.
23) Guaranteed payout each Investment in AP/PP Account up to150%.
If you make a payout request, the percentage (125%-150%) for your maximum profit applies to the then current-membership.
24) We have the right to change our terms of service at anytime without prior consent or notice.
